64 Young People Admitted To Hillingdon Hospital For Drug Misuse
Hillingdon Hospital treated more than 60 young people for drug-related illness last year, as another 199 people over 25 were also admitted.

A total of 64 young people under 25 were admitted to Hillingdon Hospital for drug misuse last year, new data reveals.
Almost 200 people over 25 went to the same hospital for substance misuse treatment for a total of 307 days. The total length of days the young people were in hospital is 27 days.
Hounslow Council budgeted over £2.2 million in 2019/20 on drug rehabilitation services for people with addiction.
The findings were made by media literacy charity The Student View.
Hillingdon Hospital and Hounslow Council have been approached for comment.
