Everyone struggles to revise, and some people may wonder why it’s important to revise. Well, I’ve been through this situation where I couldn’t revise and never had a timetable. That’s why I’m here to help you.

Revise for 2 hours max

This is because if you go off and revise for 5 to 24 hours a day this can cause stress, anxiety and more. Did you know a study of 2,000 students' experience showed that 64% of students have so much stress they worry about their grades falling? Do you want to suffer day to day? Well try this and you’ll succeed, trust me.

Have breaks and spend time with your family.

Spending 30 to 45 minutes can take your mind of school or any revision. 43% of stressed children from the age of 13 to 17 feel stressed about doing well in school, and many parents are worried too.

Sleep well!

You may wonder why do I have to sleep early before an exam? Well, in my opinion, I believe as an experienced person in these situations it is crucial to get at least 8 to 10 hours of sleep for your brain to rest and relax. Sleep is an important function for many reasons. When you sleep, your brain signals your body to release all sorts of helpful chemicals, some of which help you retain memories.

Drink water

Drinking water gives you a refreshing feeling. You may wonder why I have to drink water to become more refreshed. How will it help me in my revision? Throughout exams, students that take water in their exam prove their grades. Researchers found those with water scored an average of 5% higher than those without, making it beneficial to you.
