Stoke Has 158 Foster Care Families, Looking After Up To 209 Children
Alongside foster homes, there are 66 spaces at 29 residential care homes across Stoke-on-Trent where vulnerable children can be looked after.
There are 209 fostering places in Stoke-on-Trent, provided by 158 foster families in the city.
Meanwhile, Stoke on Trent’s 29 residential care homes can accommodate 66 children at any one time, spread across the city.
The figures, which were correct as of December 2019, were revealed following a Freedom of Information request to Stoke On Trent City Council.
